Tweed blazer + Brown top + Favourite denim + Suede Boots
A good fall outfit is all about mixing materials. Combine denim with tweed, wool, and suede and you have a cute fall-friendly look.
Add chocolate brown
Invest in a tweed blazer and the rest will fall into place. I love to inject a dose of chocolate brown into my outfits, and yes, you can also just order a cup of hot chocolate to match what you are wearing.
Leather jacket + Cable knit sweater + Scarf + Suede accessories
As soon as the weather gets a bit colder, I unpack my leather jacket. I especially like to combine it with a cable knit sweater to create that perfect casual, but still trendy, fall outfit.
A good scarf amps up the coziness and suede accessories make the whole look luxurious.
The girl in the picture is wearing a pair of boyfriend jeans, but this outfit would look cute with a skirt or a pair of wool pants.
Fluffy jacket + Turtleneck + Plaid shirt + Black jeans
Just because the weather is drab, don’t shy away from color. A fluffy red-orange jacket is exactly what the doctor ordered.
Try your hand at layering
The best fall outfits are about layering, for this reason, I especially like a plaid shirt. This outfit is perfect for a long walk followed by some pumpkin carving.
Black turtleneck + Black dress pants + Grey blazer + Ankle boots
Sometimes you need to look both elegant and professional, in those situations follow the simple outfit formula from this picture.
A black column
Wear black, streamlined clothes together with a classy grey blazer. The dress pants and the turtleneck look both poetic and serious.
Column dressing is a great way to create stylish looks. If you don’t like black, pick another color. The result will be equally elegant.
Orange top + Tweed skirt + Ankle boots
In the fall, I love orange.
I especially like to combine my orange top with a tweed skirt. Ankle boots are another fall staple.
If I were picking a jacket for this outfit, I would go with a neutral coat.

Shearling jacket + White turtleneck + Cream wool skirt
If you live in a cold climate, I recommend getting your hands on a shearling jacket. It certainly doesn’t need to be real leather, the faux ones are even better.
Bring on the cream
Cream-colored clothes are one of the biggest trends for fall 2024. A knitted skirt is such a nice way to embrace the season and stay cozy at the same time. You can wear this outfit to the movies or to a nice dinner, it’s very versatile.
I like her Fisherman sandals, but I would pick a pair of Adidas samba for warmth and to get a trendy and casual feeling into this fall outfit.
Cream mock neck + White wide-legged pants + Oat-colored coat
Different shades of white give such an elegant look. I especially like to add some texture, like in the cardigan below.
Monochromatic dressing
Choosing clothes in the same color is an excellent way to create trendy and casual fall outfits for every occasion. I even like to dress in matching sets when watching a TV show.
Camel coat + V-neck black sweater
Fall clothes should not be complicated, instead keep it simple by wearing your favorite jeans, a simple v-neck cashmere sweater and a camel blazer or camel coat.
Accessories make the look
Add polished accessories such as sunglasses and nice boots. Different camel hues look rich and stylish, especially come fall.
Trenchcoat + Black jeans + Black polo knitted jumper
A trenchcoat is always on point for fall.
This picture shows that good style is timeless. But I wanted to give our outfit a more casual vibe so I added flared jeans and a pair of boots suitable for autumn storms.

Red coat + Boyfriend jeans + Grey sweater
The easiest way to have a bit of fun with your fall outfits is to add a colorful coat to a neutral outfit. Match the color with some sneakers.

Mix high and low
I like how the girl in the picture layered her white shirt under her sweater. The juxtaposition between the nice coat and the casual sneakers is another great styling trick.

You probably have at least one colorful sweater, and every fall, you wonder how to wear it.
Here we have the answer, it will look great with a dark blue denim skirt. If you want even more of a statement, add red shoes.

This one of my all-time favorite trendy and casual fall outfits. The shearling coat, the oversized comfy pants, the clean white top. She looks ready for a cappuccino in the autumn sun.
Contrast between light and darkness
She might be wearing dark jeans, but any pair of navy pants will work, as long as you add a nice belt. It’s the contrast between light and dark that makes this such a chic outfit.
Rust corduroy pants + Navy sweater + Suede boots
A pair of corduroy pants is the perfect starting point for creating many different trendy and casual fall outfits. I especially like the color combination in this picture.
The cute boots are the icing on the cake.
Blue jacket + Burgundy sweater + Navy wool pants
Another masterclass in layering and mixing colors. The jacket is fun and it pairs surprisingly well with both burgundy and navy.
Chunky boots and a colorful bag make this one of the best casual fall outfits.
Grey coat + Jeans + Polo sweater + Colorful scarf + Brown accessories
Casual, but still fashion-forward and absolutely fall-appropriate thanks to the simple but brilliant combination of brown accessories and a great scarf. Never underestimate the power of the right scarf. I also like the Western feel of her boots.
The knitted polo sweater was my personal contribution. They are a big trend for fall 2024. Make sure you get on the train.
Leggings + Over-the-knee boots + Oversize sweater
We all wear a lot of leggings, but this girl takes our everyday staple and makes it stylish.
Play with volume
What makes this such a great casual fall outfit is the oversized elements paired with form-fitting elements. The result looks both chic and nonchalant, take note and get a huge cashmere sweater.
Leather blazer + Track pants + Adidas sneakers
Such a good throw-back to the 90s. The leather blazer, and the perfect burgundy track pants and the college sweater.
It’s the perfect outfit for a long walk followed by some pumpkin spiced latte. Get home and watch “The Matrix,” and you will have a perfect autumn day.
Puffer jacket + Grey V-neck sweater + Jeans + Plaid scarf
A plaid scarf gives any outfit a fall feeling. This must be one of the most casual fall looks imaginable, but that’s what makes it so great. You probably already have the components.
Go to the library or the bookstore and stock up with lots of knowledge to get you through the dark season.
Brown turtleneck + Brown bomber jacket + Brown silk skirt
This picture was my excuse to show you a bunch of yummy brown clothes. But that’s not the only style take-away. I also think a sweater with a silk skirt is the perfect going-out outfit. Casual and low-key elegant.

The perfect addition to this outfit would be a bomber jacket. It’s a big trend and will make any look both casual and trendy.
Burgundy jeans + Striped sweater + Black coat
Don’t pack away your striped sweaters just because summer is over. Wear them with a pair of burgundy jeans for a cute fall outfit. A simple black coat makes the look elegant.
Flower skirt + Navy sweater + Black coat
Dark flowers are great for fall (or dark polka dots, as in the picture.) I especially like this item combined with a navy sweater. Add tall boots and you have yourself one of the best casual, but still stylish, fall outfits.
Yellow knitted cardigan + Corduroy skirt + Shiny boots
Fall is the perfect opportunity to wear something that looks home-knitted.
This outfit also brings a bit of color to any rainy day. You can call it granny-chic.
The sweater will look great with a corduroy skirt or with a flower skirt. Add shiny rainboots, and you are ready for anything.
White pants + Camel turtleneck + Plaid coat
Fall 2024 is all about the baggy pants. When you find the right pair, you get legs for days.
Camel is always a good color for fall, especially if you want to hit that sweet spot between casual and elegant.
I especially like the way her plaid coat matches her outfit. Wear white sneakers for comfort.
